Registration should be done on-line via the “INDICO conference web tool” which has been integrated in this web site.

Please, first read the registration instructions , then fill out the registration form (registration now closed).
(Note: As a second step of the registration procedure, you can get the couple "user/password" identification, which will allow you to submit abstracts and documents.)

You should register before the deadline: November 12, 2009 and do not forget to indicate the social events you would like to attend.

A conference fee of 200 Euro per person will cover lunches, coffee breaks, the social dinner and one copy of the proceedings.
The fee must be paid in cash upon arrival at the Reception desk (checks and credit cards cannot be accepted).

Reception desk will open at 14hrs on November 24th in the "Auditorium B. Touschek"; the organization will not provide the transportation to the conference site in this date (24th nov09).
Reception desk will continue on the 25th and 26th November from 8hrs to 9.15hrs and possibly during coffee breaks and pauses.

Participant to the social programme are kindly requested to pay by cash the related expenses to the "excursions desk" in the moorning of 25th November.
